Safe Travels Single Trip insurance, as the name suggests, provides travel insurance for a single trip. The trip can be either domestic (within the USA) or to a foreign country.
Safe Travels Single Trip vacation insurance can be purchased for any trip up to 90 days.
Safe Travels Single Trip covers trip cancellation up to the 100% of trip cost, as well as trip interruption up to 150% of the trip cost. Additionally, it also covers trip delay, missed connection, emergency accident & sickness medical evacuation, medical evacuation and repatriation, loss baggage & personal effects, baggage delay.
Safe Travels Single Trip also provides a limited form of life insurance with its Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) as well as common carrier AD&D benefits.
You can optionally get Rental Car Damage coverage if you plan to rent a car.
Safe Travels Single Trip is available only to US. residents and US citizens. However, it is not available in all US states.
Safe Travels Single Trip is underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, rated A+ "Superior" by A.M. Best.
Safe Travels Single Trip will cover COVID-19 (coronavirus) treatment just like any other new medical condition that occurs after the effective date of the policy.
